Today, Tommy is focused on expanding his services to a greater number of families through TPG Collective. TPG Collective is an independent family office dedicated to creating holistic and actionable strategies to preserve families' legacy for generations. At the core of this planning is the development of a robust governance structure to help usher in the next generation of family leaders.

In his prior role as a family office executive of a single-family office, Tommy dedicated his efforts to supporting and advising the wealth creator. During his tenure, Tommy occupied various roles from board member (public and private companies) to CFO of the family office and interim-CFO of multiple startups. Areas of focus included estate and tax planning, philanthropic planning (DAF’s and private foundations), liquidity planning, investment reporting, contract negotiations and risk management.

Previously, Tommy began his career in public accounting and has been a CPA since 2003. While gaining experience at both Big 4 and Top 10 accounting firms, Tommy became proficient at pass-through entity structures and their impact on owners.
